Is it possible to change the delivery address of an order?
Yes, if your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible on info@zeroallergy.dk to change the delivery address. 

Do you have a physical store?
No, but you are welcome to come by our address to see our products. 
It is possible to arrange to pick up of orders from our address.

My package has been damaged!
Please contact us as soon as possible if your package has been damaged. We need the following information from you: Shipping number, Order Number, and images of the damaged package. Rest assured that we will do everything in our power to follow up with the delivery company and correct the error. 

How to file a complaint?
We are sorry that you received a faulty product! Please send a mail to info@zeroallergy.dk with the following information: Order number, Short description of the faulty product, and an image of the faulty product. We will review the complaint and get back to you with a suggested solution!

I haven't received my order?
When your order has been shipped we will send you an mail with a track and trace link. We use the following shipping companies: GLS, DAO, and Postnord
If your track and trace link doesn't work, please contact us.

 

What's the average Delivery Time?
We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours from the order is placed. Orders within the EU are normally delivered in 3-7 working days.

Please contact us if you wish to return an item.
